Job summary

OEC in Kraków is seeking a detail-focused analyst to support OEM parts data services. You will analyze engineering data, help catalogue spare parts for global distribution, and create 3D visualizations to illustrate parts components.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with dealers, and learning about the automotive supply chain. You will gain experience with MS Office, English-language communication, and diverse data sources while contributing to critical stock and service decisions

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office package.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to details and desire to achieve high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, researching and interpreting automotive OEM parts engineering data.
• Issuing new OEM spare parts into global distribution.
• Designing illustration based on 3D visualizations.
• Making decisions that have key impact on parts stocking and availability for dealerships that are essential for routine maintenance, warranty and post-warranty repairs.
• Working on multiple resources (databases, technical drawings, technical specifications, 3D models).
• Liaising not only with internal departments, like customer support team, but also multiple customers departments and dealers.
• Ensuring presented spare parts catalog content precisely reflects engineering data.

About You
