Job summary

Harvey Nash Poland is seeking a data analyst-in-training to collect and validate financial, operational, and performance-related data from external stakeholders in a Warsaw-based hybrid role.

You will maintain data points across internal platforms, perform quality reviews, and analyze trends to highlight exceptions for leadership. The position requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with financial markets, and advanced Excel abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment operations, risk, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
