Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a proactive Junior Credit Analyst to support credit assessment and monitoring, working with Sales, Finance, insurers and customers. You will help manage records and assist credit-related decisions in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role emphasizes learning and growth, analytic thinking and attention to detail, with training and support from a team of professionals. It is a 18-month maternity leave replacement in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Credit Management.
• Previous experience in credit, finance, administration or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer credit information and support credit limit assessments for new and existing customers.
• Assist with onboarding new customer accounts, including data verification, blacklist screening, and compliance checks.
• Request and maintain insured credit limits with external insurance providers.
• Communicate credit decisions and account updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor customer payment behaviour and support updates to customer credit limits when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and contribute ideas to improve internal processes and ways of working.

About the Role

As a Junior Credit Analyst , you will support the assessment and monitoring of customer creditworthiness while helping the business minimise risk and maximise sales opportunities. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, insurance providers, and customers to maintain accurate records and support credit-related decision-making.

You will join a team of professionals who will provide training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.

What You'll Do
