Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in controls roles (custody and related products preferred).
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high-volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment.
• Capable of multitasking and eager to learn multiple products.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player but also able to work independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Monitors controls and performs testing to verify that the controls have operated as designed.
• Ensures tests are completed and results are recorded accurately and timely.
• Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of documentation related to monitoring results.
• Daily deliverable of routine tasks within operational risk, while expanding knowledge of the broader context.
• Maintains cross-functional relationships with all teams.
