Job summary

Inco Group seeks a detail‑oriented content creator to craft video materials, design visuals with Canva, and manage website content. You’ll work in an international team and assist with Meta and LinkedIn ads, while communicating in English daily.

Even if you lack experience in Wix or paid campaigns, we will onboard you step-by-step to help you grow.

Qualifications

• You should have strong aesthetics sense and a good eye for detail.
• Proficient with Canva for creating visuals and short videos.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) for daily international collaboration.
• Willing to learn Wix and paid campaign basics during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit video materials for campaigns.
• Prepare visual assets; craft appealing Canva layouts and color schemes.
• Build and update website content and layouts regularly.
• Assist with Meta and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Communicate daily in an international team using English.

Job description

Is creating aesthetic content, editing short videos, and taking care of the visual side of websites your element? We are looking for someone with a great eye for detail to join our international team and grow their skills in marketing and communications.

What will you be doing?

Content Creation & Video: Creating and editing video materials.

Graphics & Canva: Preparing visual assets—Canva holds no secrets from you, and beautiful layouts and color choices come naturally to you.

Websites: Creating and regularly updating content and layouts on our websites.

Paid Communications Support: Assisting with campaign setups in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Daily Communication: Working in an international environment where English is used on a daily basis.

Job requirements

You have a great sense of style, aesthetics, and proportions- you can tell instantly what looks good and what needs tweaking.

You know Canva inside out and can efficiently edit visually engaging, short-form videos for social media.

Your English level is at least B2- we work in an international team, so fluent communication is essential.

You are curious and eager to learn- if you don't have experience in one of the areas above (e.g., operating Wix or paid campaigns), don't worry, we"ll onboard you step-by-step!

Nice to have (optional):

Portfolio- we’d love to see your past Reels, graphics, or projects.

Experience in Meta Ads- if you’ve already taken your first steps in Ads Manager and have hands-on practice, it's a huge plus!

We are offering mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) (~30 per week) with the opportunity for regular employment under a standard employment contract (umowa o pracę).
