Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Finance Customer Service or related roles.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers to secure timely payments.
• Work with customers to define and manage payment plans.
• Maintain detailed records of collection activities.
