Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in Łódź is seeking a Junior Cloud Software Developer to design, integrate and test cloud-native solutions. You will work in an agile, international team, applying Kubernetes, Docker and OpenShift concepts while learning new cloud technologies.

The role requires basic programming skills (Bash, C++, Erlang), familiarity with Git/Gerrit/Jenkins, and a CS degree with English at least B2. Hybrid work with three days in the office and growth in a global leader.

Qualifications

• Basic programming experience in Bash, C++, Erlang.
• Familiar with DevOps tools such as Git, Gerrit, Jenkins.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• English level at least B2, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate and test Ericsson solutions on top of Cloud Native platforms.
• Adapt microservice cloud-native paradigms to leverage cloud-native solutions.
• Work with open-source cloud applications (e.g. AppArmor, Gatekeeper).
• Test at feature and system levels for delivered functionalities.
• Develop solutions agnostic to cloud deployments (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift).
• Collaborate in an Agile cross-functional team; operate in a multi-cultural environment.
