Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Junior Client Service Representative in Kraków to support custody account openings and client access to the Infuse platform. You will work with internal teams and clients to ensure high client satisfaction while adhering to BBH policies.

The role emphasizes strong English skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a hybrid model requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days for parental flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Process custody account opening requests in collaboration with team members.

• Maintain high service quality according to BBH policies and procedures.
• Keep desktop procedures and trackers up to date; share knowledge within the team.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects.

Join us as a Junior Client Service Representative! Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Client Service Representative to join our Krakow Custody Account Opening Hub Team. In this role you will be responsible for custody account opening process and for maintaining client access to BBH platform Infuse. A Client Service Representative will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure client satisfaction.

On this position you will be responsible for:

• Processing of custody account opening requests submitted by BBH corporate and direct clients in cooperation with other team members and client service groups
• Validating and uploading client due diligence documentation connected with account opening process
• Provisioning of client users’ access to BBH Infuse portal
• Ensuring high quality of services by our team in accordance to BBH policies and procedures to minimize risks involved in the process and to satisfy clients’ needs
• Ensuring that desktop procedures and internal trackers are up to date and that knowledge is shared within the team
• Taking part in process improvement initiatives and projects

What we’re looking for:

• Strong English skills (C1) BA/BS degree, and/or equivalent work experience
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and resolve issues
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
