You will work with experienced colleagues to understand client requirements, support project timelines, and translate client needs into actionable internal tasks, while gaining exposure to operations, customer success, and analytics in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• First experience in a client-facing environment (internship, part-time role, or academic project) is required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Interest in data, business operations, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international team.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day interactions with clients and respond to operational requests.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to understand client requirements.
• Assist in coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate client needs into internal tasks and follow up on progress.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
• Contribute to resolving client queries related to data, timelines, or quality.
• Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and client calls.
• Support quality checks to ensure outputs meet standards.
