Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst in Warsaw to own end-to-end analyses, act as a category SME, and translate research into clear recommendations for global clients. You will drive QBOs, lead client briefings, and collaborate with Consulting Teams to shape strategy and outcomes.

You will mentor junior analysts, leverage AI tools to accelerate insights, and pursue progression into leadership or consulting tracks within NIQ.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in Retail, Market Research, or Consulting.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Hands-on experience with NIQ Discover, RMS, CPS.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted market expert in one or more categories or industry segments.
• Own client relationships and partner with Consulting Teams on briefings, analyses, and client presentations.
• Independently run briefings, challenge client hypotheses, and answer complex business questions using fact-based analysis.
