You will maintain fleet records, coordinate vehicle orders, and assist in contract administration while collaborating with HR, Procurement, and leasing partners.

The role requires at least 1 year in fleet management or related fields, a higher education degree, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in fleet management, customer service, administration, or a related corporate environment.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and coordination of company car fleet operations across selected European countries.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and driver databases.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering processes based on replacement schedules and lease termination dates.
• Assist in managing vehicle replacement, renewal, and contract administration activities.
• Inform drivers about traffic and parking fines and support the resolution process.
• Administer fuel cards and monitor fuel-related transactions across the fleet.
• Support fleet reporting activities, including fuel consumption analysis and ESG reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, HR, leasing partners, and other stakeholders to improve fleet management processes and policies.

The team is responsible for managing both business travel and company car fleet operations across multiple countries.
