VELUX Group in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Car Fleet Management Specialist to support the administration of the company car fleet across several European countries. You will maintain fleet records, assist with ordering, and respond to drivers and HR questions.

This entry‑level role offers a hybrid work model, on‑site in Warsaw with remote days, and opportunities to learn within a global corporate travel team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in fleet management, administration, or similar corporate setting.
• Higher education degree completed.
• Good knowledge of fleet processes and vehicle lifecycle management.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Fluent English (min. B2) with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and coordination of company car fleet across selected European countries.
• Maintain fleet records, driver databases, and vehicle information in systems.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, replacements, and lease terminations.
• Assist in fleet reporting, including fuel consumption and ESG data.
• Serve as first point of contact for fleet policies and inquiries for employees.

The team is responsible for managing both business travel and company car fleet operations across multiple countries.
