Cisco's Platform Identity team in Kraków is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to design, build, and improve identity services that support authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management across Cisco products.

You will learn from senior engineers, contribute to API development, and gain hands-on experience with distributed systems, security, and IAM technologies while collaborating with product and security teams.

Qualificações

• Academic or early professional software development experience.
• Basic understanding of authentication or authorization concepts (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0 a plus).
• Fundamental programming skills in C++ and/or Go.
• Strong foundational knowledge in data structures, algorithms, and networking.
• Eagerness to learn secure, distributed identity technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and improve identity services for authentication and authorization.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement secure, scalable features and APIs.
• Learn best practices in distributed systems and IAM technologies while contributing to ongoing projects.
