THOST Projektmanagement GmbH is seeking a proactive project support specialist in Legnica, Poland to assist project controllers and managers. You will help identify prospective clients, schedule meetings, and maintain project records while supporting cost estimation and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Completed technical, commercial or preferably academic education.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Experience in an engineering consultancy or industry is desirable.
• Teamwork, communication skills, flexibility and commitment.
• Mandarin and English language skills required.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally and to relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Search and contact prospective clients
