Job summary

W Electric Poland LLC in Kraków seeks a Junior Accounts Payable Associate with Swedish to join our finance team. You will perform basic payable functions, process invoices, and liaise with vendors while reporting to the Accounts Payable Lead in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has a BS in accounting or related field, at least 6 months in finance, strong English and Swedish, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in Finance or Administrative role.
• English and Swedish language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Demonstrate exceptional precision and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and professionalism with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Scan and enter invoices and related support into the system.
• Process and match purchase order invoices.
• Monitor and resolve issues within the invoice workflow process.
• Resolve and escalate invoices requiring further research before posting.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve invoice processing.
• Maintain accounts payable policies and internal controls.
• Process non-purchase order invoices per policy.
• Monitor and follow-up on invoices blocked for payment and release them when needed.
