Job summary

SmartWays Sp. z o.o. is seeking an accounting-focused teammate to support day-to-day operations in a defined accounting area. You will use SAP and Excel to contribute to accurate financial records.

You will post invoices, process bank statements, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end closing while collaborating with an international partner to ensure timely, precise operations.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and comfort with numbers.
• Fluent English or higher (B1) required.
• Experience in accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle basic tasks in a chosen area of accounting.
• Post invoices, process bank statements, and manage customer accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of daily operations.
• Collaborate with an international partner and support your team.
• Participate in month-end closing activities.
• Work with SAP and Excel to support financial processes.
