Job summary

CMS CMNO - Poland is seeking an entry-level Accountant to join our Warsaw office. You will support the accounting team with daily tasks, ensure smooth document flow, and assist with invoicing and bank transfers.

You will enter data into the accounting system, prepare statements, and participate in month-end and year-end closing activities. Proficiency in English and MS Excel is required; Symfonia knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good command of English.
• College degree or currently enrolled in college.
• Systematic approach and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of the Symfonia system; accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting tasks: document flow, archiving, invoicing, and bank transfers.
• Enter data in the accounting system and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
