Job summary

Navitas Renewables is seeking an Accounting/Finance assistant in Szczecin, Poland. The role focuses on AP/AR support, data accuracy, and month-end closing tasks within a growing international renewable energy company.

You will collaborate with an experienced finance team, handle financial documentation, and support reporting. A hybrid work model is offered to balance office and remote tasks.

Qualifications

• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or currently studying).
• Previous experience in accounting/finance is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Verifying financial documents and ensuring data accuracy
• Assisting with account reconciliations and month-end closing activities
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports and analyses
• Cooperating with external accounting providers and internal stakeholders across different countries
• Maintaining and organizing financial documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or currently studying)
• Previous experience in accounting or finance will be considered an advantage
• English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
