Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Junior Accountant for a global manufacturing company in Strzelin. You will support day-to-day accounting operations, post AP/AR/GL entries, and assist with month-end and year-end close.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in accounting, a relevant degree, strong Excel skills, and English at least B2. The role offers a hybrid working model after onboarding, flexible hours, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or currently completing studies).
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• English at a communicative level (minimum B2).
• Experience with an ERP system will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Process and post AP, AR, and general ledger transactions.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reports, reconciliations, and financial analyses for the Finance team.
