Citigroup Inc. is hiring for an entry-level role within the Global eSigner Transformation team in Poland. The position focuses on supporting transformation initiatives, data extraction, and reporting to help drive project progress.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to UAT testing, and contribute to data quality and accuracy while working a hybrid schedule (up to 2 days from home per week).

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting is an asset.
• Ukrainian language will be a plus.
• Availability to work fixed hours 8:00–16:00, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

The Global eSigner Transformation team plays a key role in supporting the evolution of the Account Services offering for a global client. Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and input data from various source documents into core applications, ensuring a high level of accuracy and data integrity
• Monitor and report on the daily progress of transformation initiatives, providing clear and concise status updates to project stakeholders
• Perform testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), during and after data migration to validate system performance and data quality
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, and senior leadership, to identify, report, and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting would be an asset

• Availability to work stable, fixed hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
