Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in conducting workshops.
• Ability to lead meetings and brainstorming meetings.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Understanding of data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse, ETL concepts.
• Experience with Power BI or BI tools.
• Finance reporting experience.
• CPG industry experience.
• Databricks and Azure data stack experience.

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Maintain documentation such as transformation rules, data dictionaries, and metric definitions.
• Design and implement mappings between multiple data sources.
• Analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Provide support in data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring seamless communication between both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position requires proficiency in data analysis and SQL, as well as experience with Power BI. Experience in the CPG sector is desirable.

• Background in CPG industry-related projects;
• Experience with Databricks and Azure data stack.
