Job summary

Vantive, a leading MedTech firm in Warsaw, seeks a Finance Applications Transformation lead to support JD Edwards-based finance capabilities, with a focus on intercompany, costing, transfer pricing, and robust controls. You will drive design, testing, and documentation in a role central to the FAST organization.

You will partner with IT and finance teams to ensure scalable, audit-ready solutions, create runbooks, SOPs, and evidence standards, and support close-readiness and governance across

Qualifications

• Experience enabling intercompany, costing, and transfer pricing in finance systems.
• Knowledge of JDE Finance modules and integrated controls is essential.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional design for finance applications, posting logic, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into testable functional designs and specifications.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and release readiness for finance-impacting changes.
• Support entity setups, integrations, and stabilization during transitions.
• Define KPIs and metrics for stability, readiness, and quality in finance domains.
• Ensure documentation standards (SOX-aligned) and an evidence repository.
