Experience managing global stakeholders and outsourced service providers.
ITIL processes and service management best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end service delivery for JD Edwards ERP across EEMEA.
Drive SLA performance, system availability, incident management, and service improvements.
Partner with business leaders to align IT services with operational needs.
Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery excellence.
Lead problem management and root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
Support ERP upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead and develop internal and external support teams.
