Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join a team developing banking systems. You will test IT solutions, perform functional, automated, and performance tests according to business requirements, and collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure software quality.

Responsibilities include creating test plans and cases, reporting defects, maintaining test data, and developing testing tools and best practices.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience creating automated tests.
Experience with Playwright and/or Selenium in test automation.
SoapUI experience and functional testing knowledge.
Ability to create test result reports and maintain test documentation.
Experience with Jira and Confluence for test management.
SQL query knowledge for validating data.
Knowledge of TDD/BDD methodologies.
Fluent Polish and English at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

Execute functional, automated, and performance tests per business requirements and test scenarios.
Identify, analyze, and report defects and monitor their resolution.
Collaborate with project teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure software quality.
Verify delivered solutions against technical and business requirements.
Prepare and maintain test data and documentation for testing.
Develop and implement tools, processes, and best practices in testing.
Manage and maintain test environments, user accounts, and test resources.
