Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Java Automation Tester to join our testing services team in Poland. You will design and execute manual and automated tests for event-driven integrations built with Apache Kafka, and maintain test scenarios using Java and Cucumber in a CI/CD environment.

You will collaborate with testers and developers to verify REST APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI, report results with Allure, and contribute to test pipelines in Jenkins, Gradle, and Xray.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in integration testing with Apache Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of Java and ability to write automated tests.
• Experience creating test scenarios in Cucumber with BDD.
• Experience managing test cases, plans and executions in Xray or Jira.
• Ability to configure and run CI pipelines in Jenkins.
• Good Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated tests for event-streaming integrations.
• Create and maintain automated test scenarios in Java and Cucumber.
• Build and manage test pipelines in Jenkins within CI/CD.
• Report test results using Allure and manage tests in Xray.
• Verify API contracts using Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Build test projects with Gradle.
