Job summary

Luxoft is hiring for a role within a Regulatory Reporting Platform described as a large-scale data processing environment. You will design, develop, and maintain backend services in Java, focusing on scalable data pipelines and accurate regulatory outputs across multiple jurisdictions.

The position requires 6+ years of Java experience, strong SQL skills, and the ability to work effectively within a distributed team spanning multiple regions, including Ukraine, Poland, and the US.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial experience with Java.
• Experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend applications.
• Good knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets from multiple data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a global distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions for a large-scale Regulatory Reporting Platform.
• Build and optimize data processing pipelines using Java and Apache Spark.
• Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and reliability across regulatory reporting workloads.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams in an agile delivery model.
• Contribute to reusable components and engineering best practices.
