Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Java Lead to join an Agile team rewriting an enterprise platform using Angular, Java, and Spring Boot. You will design, develop, and mentor others while shaping architecture to deliver a faster, more scalable solution.

You will lead code reviews, ensure code quality, and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance. Strong Java 11+ and Spring Boot expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years team lead experience.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.
