Sii Poland in Kraków is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a new team building and supporting the Collateral Management Platform for a global bank. The role involves working in a microservices environment with Java 17 and Spring Cloud, collaborating with a global team of professionals.

You will participate in code reviews, implement new features, and help integrate the platform with REST interfaces, while embracing agile practices in a hybrid work model with periodic office visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Java and the Spring framework.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with RESTful services and API design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with GCP knowledge to join a new team based in Krakow, responsible for developing and supporting the Collateral Management Platform. This platform is critical for the bank's regulatory compliance and enables the Collateral Operations Team to manage risk and perform daily margining functions for thousands of clients globally. You will work in a microservices environment utilizing Java 17 and Spring Cloud, collaborating with a global team of 90 professionals. The role offers a hybrid work model, with office visits required a few times a month.

Your tasks

• Developing and maintaining microservices for the Collateral Management Platform


• Collaborating with global teams to deliver production changes on a weekly basis


• Implementing new features and optimizing existing functionalities


• Supporting the integration of the platform with other systems using REST and other interfaces
