Job summary

TP is seeking a customer support contractor to remotely assist users of well-known home appliances and IT products from the Warsaw office at 24 Wołoska Street. The role focuses on email support with some calls, handling inquiries, diagnosing issues, and providing product information.

The ideal candidate speaks Italian at C1, English at B2, and has basic appliance knowledge. Flexible hours require at least 120 hours per month, with work from the Warsaw office as described.

Qualifications

• Very good command of Italian (C1).
• Good command of English (B2).
• Basic knowledge of household appliances (e.g. washing machine, refrigerator, TV).
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product functionality.
• Respond to emails and manage live chats; role is email-focused with lower call volume.
• Diagnose reported problems and propose solutions.
• Provide product-related information and register requests in internal systems.
