CD Projekt poszukuje specjalisty ds. automatyzacji IT do zespołu infrastruktury w Warszawie. Będziesz projektować i implementować narzędzia automatyzujące operacje, CI/CD i IaC, aby zwiększyć efektywność i skrócić czas reakcji na incydenty.

Wymagasz minimum 3 lat doświadczenia w automatyzacji IT, umiejętności skryptowe (Python/PowerShell/Bash) oraz dobre zrozumienie Git/CI/CD. Mile widziane doświadczenie z AWS/GCP, Ansible, Terraform, Zabbix/Prometheus i Grafana.

Qualifications

• Co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia w automatyzacji procesów IT.
• Wymagana umiejętność skryptowania (Python/PowerShell/Bash).
• Udokumentowane projekty związane z automatyzacją w środowiskach produkcyjnych.
• Dobra znajomość zasad inżynierii oprogramowania, systemów kontroli wersji (Git/Perforce) oraz praktyczne doświadczenie z narzędziami CI/CD.
• Doświadczenie w administracji OS (Windows Server, Linux) oraz chmurach (AWS, GCP).
• Dobra znajomość Ansible lub innych narzędzi zarządzania konfiguracją.
• Doświadczenie z Terraform lub pokrewnymi narzędziami.
• Znajomość narzędzi monitorowania (Zabbix/Prometheus) i platform wizualizacyjnych (Grafana).
• Wysoko rozwinięte myślenie analityczne i samodzielność w diagnozowaniu problemów technicznych.
• Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i współpraca w zespole.
• Inicjatywa, proaktywność, orientacja na wyniki i wysokie standardy jakości pracy.
• Biegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego.

Responsibilities

• Projektowanie, testowanie, implementację i utrzymanie zaawansowanych skryptów oraz aplikacji automatyzujących zadania w infrastrukturze IT.
• Analizowanie obszarów wysokiego potencjału automatyzacji i prowadzenie projektów zwiększających tempo pracy zespołu.
• Tworzenie, integrowanie i zarządzanie narzędziami IaC, monitorowania i wsparcia CI/CD w całej organizacji.
• Współpraca z zespołem Systems Engineering i dzielenie się wiedzą na temat strategii i narzędzi automatyzacji.
• Tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji technicznej dla zaimplementowanych narzędzi i procesów.
• Współpraca z działem ITSECOPS i innymi zespołami w celu zebrania wymagań i skutecznego wdrożenia rozwiązań automatyzacyjnych.
• Ciągłe doskonalenie procesów i narzędzi poprzez eksplorację nowych technologii i najlepszych praktyk w IT automation.

Job Description

Drive the development of IT infrastructure by designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions for operating systems and hybrid cloud environments. This role is responsible for creating tools and automations that resolve root causes and enhance the daily work of the Systems Engineering team. The overall goal is to increase operational efficiency, enable focus on strategic projects, and introduce modern, self-service IT solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, implement, and maintain advanced scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) and applications that automate administrative and operational tasks in the IT infrastructure.
• Analyze high-potential automation areas and lead projects that improves team's velocity, including optimization of existing tools.
• Develop, integrate, and manage tools for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), proactive monitoring, and support CI/CD practices across systems.
• Collaborate with the Systems Engineering team and share knowledge on automation strategies and tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented automation tools and processes.
• Work closely with the ITSECOPS department and other internal teams to gather requirements and successfully implement automation solutions.
• Continuously improve processes and tools by exploring new technologies and implementing innovative, industry best practices in IT automation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in IT process automation, programming, or advanced systems administration.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying automation tools in production environments.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce), and practical experience with CI/CD tools and concepts.
• Experience in administering operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Good understanding of Ansible or other configuration management tools.
• Experience with Terraform or similar tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix or Prometheus, and visualization platforms (Grafana).
• Highly developed analytical thinking and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an openness to diverse working styles and perspectives.
• Initiative, a proactive approach, results orientation, and high standards for work quality.
• Working proficiency in both Polish and English.

Estimated pay range for this position:12 900 - 17 700 PLN gross monthly.
