Job summary

CD Project in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a DevOps Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for internal development tools and build systems across the group.

Qualifications

  • Ability to adjust to shifting priorities, handle ambiguity, and excel under pressure.

Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for internal development tools and build systems supporting projects across the group.
This role focuses on team leadership, delivery ownership, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring scalable, reliable, and efficient development infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering, production, and other stakeholders to define priorities, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Working mode

  • In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Estimated pay range for this position:39 800 - 54 670 PLN gross monthly. This role may be eligible for a long term incentive program (option to purchase CDPR stock after the vesting period). Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
