Job summary

International sensor company in Bielsko-Biała is seeking a System Engineer to diagnose, guide, and resolve IT issues across the organization. The role combines on-site and remote work within a hybrid model and requires hands-on problem solving.

You will manage 2nd-3rd line support, strengthen security and automation, and maintain documentation in Jira/Confluence while coordinating releases with IT teams. Fluent English is required; German or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments.
Hands-on experience with AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation; knowledge of Python is considered an advantage.
Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including VM management.
Good understanding of IT security practices (endpoint protection, compliance, monitoring).
Fluent English (German or other languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex IT issues, analyzing problems to find root causes.
Ensure stability and performance of IT systems while proactively improving them through automation and best practices.
Maintain documentation and task tracking in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Coordinate and support application and infrastructure releases with well‑documented deployments.
Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including endpoint protection and compliance monitoring.
