Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Citrix-focused IT professional in Kraków to own and operate the global Citrix platform, ensuring high availability, performance and security.

You will provide advanced end-user support for Citrix and core infrastructure, drive daily operations, incident prioritization, and collaborate with external vendors while contributing to platform optimization and robust documentation. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience focusing on end-user computing and Citrix technologies.
• Expert-level Citrix skills including design, implementation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the global Citrix (desktop virtualization) platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Provide advanced (2nd/3rd level) support across Citrix and core infrastructure, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Drive daily operations, including incident prioritization, monitoring, KPI tracking and reporting as part of the global IT team.
• Manage external Citrix vendors and partners, including performance governance and escalations.
• Continuously improve and evolve the platform through optimization, automation, and roadmap execution, while maintaining up-to-date documentation.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Technical education in computer science or equivalent.
• 5 – 7 years experience working with IT End‑user and Citrix technologies
• Expert‑level Citrix skills, including design, implementation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Fluent in English.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 10 days per year

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience working in an international organization.
• Experience working in a Meditech or Pharma company.
• Broad experience with End‑User Computing solutions (e.g. Intune, Windows, M365).
