Job summary

BELVEDERE is seeking an IT Project Manager in Wrocław to lead three core optimization initiatives across Salesforce and digital communication systems. You will own the delivery from planning to successful completion, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

The role requires 6-8 years of project management experience, strong vendor management skills and a proven track record in enterprise IT projects. This contract position is on-site in Wrocław.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of project management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce platform optimization or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of system integration and architecture principles.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent risk identification and issue resolution skills.
• Experience managing projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop simplification strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce org simplification by identifying redundant organizations, sandboxes and duplicate modules.
• Execute org migration, decommissioning and standardization to reduce platform costs.
• Audit and optimize third-party integration systems connected to Salesforce.
• Develop system elimination, replacement and unified integration solutions.
• Manage digital communication system projects from requirement analysis through delivery.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks across all initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Standardize business processes, data standards and permission frameworks.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Ensure all projects are delivered within budget and meet quality standards.
