Job summary

BELVEDERE is seeking a PMO Lead to drive end-to-end programme coordination and governance for a major transformation initiative in Wroclaw. You will own financial management, sourcing, and stakeholder reporting, presenting to senior leadership and ensuring adherence to governance standards.

The role requires 6–8 years of PMO experience in a strategic setting, with strong capabilities in budgeting, risk oversight, and cross-project coordination.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of project management experience in a strategic PMO role.
• Strong governance, risk management and reporting capabilities.
• Experience handling programme finances including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage dependencies.
• Experience preparing materials for and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with contract review and sourcing processes.
• Knowledge of Quality Gate methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and dependencies between projects and project managers.
• Manage budget preparation, financial reporting (accruals, actuals, forecasting).
• Review and approve service and license contracts as part of sourcing activities.
• Coordinate regular project status reporting and RAID logs.
• Prepare materials for steering committees and present to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-project decision-making and maintain decision logs.
• Organise Quality Gate reviews and track follow-up actions.
• Align project cutover plans and support execution activities.
• Ensure materials and deliverables meet company standards and quality requirements.
• Administer programme web portal, Teams, SharePoint and distribution lists.
• Maintain programme contact lists and documentation.
