Boston Scientific Poland is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead a global transformation initiative implementing an enterprise financial technology solution. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance and cross‑functional collaboration across regions, ensuring successful adoption and business outcomes.

The role focuses on complex program governance, stakeholder management and change management, with a hybrid work model and international exposure in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise technology solutions and financial transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience leading global, matrixed teams and managing vendors.
• PM/ PgMP / Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience in order-to-cash, GBS, ERP-enabled transformation.
• Experience in regulated multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
• Partner with Finance, IT, GBS, business leaders and external vendors to align requirements and delivery plans.
• Establish and maintain program governance with RAID and reporting to senior leadership.
• Oversee implementation activities: process design, data readiness, testing, deployment and transition to operations.
• Collaborate with change management teams for stakeholder communications and readiness.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and resolve challenges across globally distributed teams.
• Facilitate collaboration across time zones for critical meetings and milestones.
