Job summary

Solid Company is seeking an experienced delivery lead to drive IAM and cybersecurity initiatives, with a focus on MFA rollout across global units. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance and reporting, and ensure regulatory and security requirements are met.

You will lead international teams, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and optimize delivery performance while maintaining strong risk controls and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects.
• Experience leading large delivery teams across multiple units.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technology and security functions.
• Experience coordinating large-scale user migrations or authentication transformations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Hello for Business and conditional access policies.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across business, technology and security functions.
• Experience managing scope, risks, dependencies, schedules, budgets, governance and executive reporting.
• Extensive experience in IAM delivery and transformation.
• Experience managing international teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Knowledge of access governance, RBAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, segregation of duties and compliance controls.
