is seeking a Project Management IT Specialist to lead major IT programs that span development, production, and after-sales within the PT/TVT Transformation Team. You will drive technology transformation initiatives and ensure timely delivery of complex IT solutions. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate across locations and departments, balancing strategic and operational priorities while communicating effectively in English; German or Spanish

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and communicate across all levels.
• Process understanding and the ability to grasp and communicate complex dependencies.
• Proactive, self-organised working style and willingness to take responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Comfortable with occasional short-term travel within Europe and beyond.
• Language skills: Business-fluent English; German and Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead major IT programs and projects across development, production, and sales.
• Drive technology transformation initiatives (e.g., mainframe exit) and product projects (e.g., VAN.xA, CKD/SKD projects, plant ramp-ups).
• Ensure timely delivery of complex IT solutions while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
• Manage all scopes of your project: time, scope, risks, resources, organisation and stakeholders, cost and quality.
• Analyze and communicate complex business and IT processes to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
• Take responsibility for finding solutions to complex problems beyond immediate area of responsibility.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching for IT workpackages where necessary.
• Present and represent project results and strategic decisions in cross-departmental committees.
