Job summary

emagine ищет специалиста по продуктам для управления стратегическими IT-приложениями и платформами. Вы будете работать в международной среде, выявлять требования бизнес-подразделений, формировать дорожные карты и нести ответственность за область продукта.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Полное управление IT-приложениями и сервисами на протяжении их жизненного цикла.
• Определение и поддержка дорожных карт продуктов в соответствии с бизнес- и tech-стратегиями.
• Управление бэклогом продукта, приоритизация задач и координация разработки.
• Сотрудничество с Portfolio Leaders, Service Owners, техническими экспертами и командами поставки.
• Координация миграций, обновлений, изменений технологий и инициатив по улучшению сервиса.
• Контроль прогресса работ по развитию и поддержке, обеспечение соответствия требованиям безопасности и регуляторным требованиям.
• Управление лицензиями, использованием ресурсов и оптимизацией затрат.
• Поддержка процессов Incident, Problem, Request и Change Management.
• Работа с поставщиками и партнерами; эскалации и коммуникации.

Join the team responsible for developing and maintaining strategic applications and platforms that support the organization in the IT area. We are looking for someone to take responsibility for products in the maintenance and further development phase, working with technical and business teams in an international environment. This role is for a proactive, communicative and collaborative person who can build relationships with stakeholders and takes full responsibility for the area entrusted to them.

Задачи:

• Comprehensive management of assigned IT applications and services throughout their entire lifecycle
• Defining, maintaining and delivering product roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategy
• Managing the product backlog, setting priorities and coordinating the delivery of development and maintenance initiatives
• Close collaboration with Portfolio Leaders, Service Owners, technical experts, Delivery teams and Support
• Coordinating activities related to migrations, upgrades, technology changes and service improvement initiatives
• Monitoring the progress of development and maintenance work, as well as activities related to security and regulatory compliance
• Managing software licences, renewal processes, resource utilisation and cost optimisation
• Overseeing security, compliance, audit and vulnerability remediation activities
• Supporting and coordinating Incident, Problem, Request and Change Management processes
• Managing escalations and working with technology suppliers and partners

Требования:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in IT Product Management, Application Management, Service Management or Application Portfolio Management
• Experience in the comprehensive management of IT applications and services of varying scale and business criticality
• Experience defining and maintaining product roadmaps
• Ability to manage a product backlog and effectively prioritise tasks
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Request and Change Management processes
• Experience working with technical teams and multiple stakeholder groups
• Ability to monitor the progress of development and maintenance work, as well as compliance activities
• Experience managing software licences and controlling IT service costs
• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Very good command of Polish and English
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Takes responsibility for the assigned product and acts as its owner
• Has a can‑do attitude and focuses on finding solutions
• Is communicative and open, and can work effectively with different stakeholder groups
• Is comfortable working at the intersection of business and IT
• Can work independently while also collaborating effectively with distributed and international teams
• Is open‑minded, takes initiative and demonstrates a high standard of collaboration

Будет плюсом:

• Experience managing platforms for development teams or tools supporting the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); Knowledge of SonarQube, JFrog, TeamScale, ServiceNow or similar platforms; Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps and software development processes; Experience managing suppliers and contracts; Knowledge of Software Asset Management or FinOps; ITIL 4 Foundation certificate; Experience related to platform adoption and communication with users
