Job summary

NG Group. is seeking an experienced System Integration Engineer to join its industrial automation team in Kwidzyn, Poland.

You will maintain and improve machine-to-MES and enterprise system integration and troubleshoot production data flows. The role focuses on data reliability, traceability and interoperability, integrating new machines, supporting digitization projects, and collaborating with production, maintenance, quality and engineering colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial automation and manufacturing integration.
• Knowledge of industrial IT, networks, protocols and system integration.
• Understanding of servers, infrastructure and industrial connectivity.
• Basic programming skills (Java, C# or C++).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with technical and non-technical teams.
• Nice-to-have experience with MES systems; electronics manufacturing (EMS) or automotive production exposure; Industry 4.0 projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve integration between machines, MES and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting production and data flows.
• Ensure data reliability, traceability and system interoperability.
• Integrate new machines and equipment into the manufacturing ecosystem.
• Support automation, traceability and digitalization projects.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, quality and engineering teams.
• Provide hands-on technical support on the shop floor and train users.
• Translate operational needs into practical technical solutions.
• Coordinate system improvements with suppliers, system integrators and internal stakeholders.
