Job summary

NG Engineering Group is seeking an engineering professional to maintain and enhance integration between machines, MES, and enterprise systems on-site in Kwidzyn. The role involves troubleshooting production data flows and ensuring data reliability, traceability, and interoperability across the manufacturing ecosystem.

You will collaborate with production, maintenance, quality and engineering teams, provide hands-on floor support, train users, and translate operational needs into practical

Qualifications

• Good understanding of industrial automation, machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial IT, networks, protocols and system integration.
• Understanding of servers, infrastructure and industrial connectivity.
• Basic programming skills in Java, C# or C++.
• Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt with technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities
