CD PROJEKT RED создает игры в жанре RPG и развивает сложные корпоративные сети в гибридной среде. Ваша задача — развивать архитектуру сети, внедрять стандарты и дорожную карту для LAN, WLAN, WAN и облака, а также руководить проектами по автоматизации и анализу инцидентов.

Требуется глубокий опыт сетевого инжиниринга, знания AWS/Azure/GCP, а также умение наставлять команду и работать с независимыми инициативами across multiple teams. Заработная плата обсуждается и условия офиса в Варшаве.

Qualifications

• Опыт проектирования и эксплуатации сложных корпоративных сетей.

Responsibilities

• Владение и эволюция корпоративной сетевой архитектуры в LAN/WLAN/WAN/VPN и облаке
• Определение стандартов сетевой инженерии, архитектурных ссылок и дорожной карты
• Проектирование масштабируемых и безопасных сетевых решений как в локальной среде, так и в облаке
• Руководство автоматизацией сети и практиками IaC (Ansible, Python, Terraform)
• Проведение технических оценок, архитектурных обзоров и инициатив между командами
• Выход на техническую эскалацию при инцидентах, анализ причин и улучшений
• Менторство инженеров, обмен знаниями и поддержка документации архитектуры

Задачи

• Own and evolve corporate network architecture across LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud environments
• Define network engineering standards, reference architectures, and the technical roadmap
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure network solutions across on-premises and cloud environments
• Drive network automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Ansible, Python, Terraform, or similar technologies
• Lead technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and complex cross-team infrastructure initiatives
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents, driving root cause analysis and systemic improvements
• Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and maintain architecture documentation and engineering standards

• Extensive experience in Network Engineering, including designing and operating complex enterprise network environments
• Deep knowledge of routing, switching, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, SDWAN, segmentation, and 802.1X/NAC
• Strong knowledge of network services, including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM
• Strong experience with network automation and Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, Python, Terraform, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid networking architectures in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Strong understanding of network security, resiliency, high availability, monitoring, and capacity planning
• Experience with network monitoring and observability solutions such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, or equivalent
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives and making architectural decisions across multiple teams
• Ability to mentor experienced engineers and influence technical direction without formal authority
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
