CD PROJEKT RED ищет талантливого дизайнера квестов для разработки нарративных линий и детальных квестов в рамках крупных проектов. Ваша задача — планировать и реализовывать задания в Unreal Engine 5, сотрудничать с различными отделами и поддерживать качество контента на всех этапах разработки.

Responsibilities

• Создание детальных сюжетных линий и квестов

CD PROJEKT RED creates story-driven RPGs.

Задачи

• Create detailed storylines
• Design quests and implement them using Unreal Engine 5
• Plan the assets required to create quests
• Collaborate with other departments
• Integrate delivered assets, including gameplay elements, locations, characters, and dialogue, into engaging and cohesive experiences
• Maintain quest quality and fix reported bugs
• Create and maintain design documentation

Требования

• At least 6 years of experience in Quest or Mission Design
• At least one shipped AAA title with strong narrative design elements
• High creativity and exceptional narrative proficiency
• Strong scenario, screenplay, or short-story writing skills
• Very high proficiency with visual scripting tools
• Experience with game editors and game design tools
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to design in-game features and tools for efficient implementation
• Ability to receive and apply feedback in an iterative environment
• Ability to work effectively across teams in the game development lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Experience mentoring other designers and delivering accurate feedback
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Passion for games, particularly cRPGs or pen-and-paper role-playing systems
• Fluent English
