Job summary

Sii is seeking a Lab Technician to join our global team, maintaining and repairing computers stationed in client laboratories worldwide. The role is full-time and onsite in Poland.

You will install software/hardware, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure IT environments while collaborating with technical teams and end users. Candidates should have IT Technician degree or be a student, with strong hardware knowledge and good English (B2).

Qualifications

• IT Technician degree or equivalent technical education.
• Student status is acceptable for internship-oriented roles.
• Strong hardware knowledge of computers, peripherals and components.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of computer labs.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose hardware faults.
• Prepare and maintain test environments (hardware, network).
• Collaborate with technical teams and end users.
• Ensure IT environment security and compliance.
