Job summary

Sii Sweden AB in Poland is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician (f/m/x) to support the operation and maintenance of client computer labs, installing and updating software and hardware, and diagnosing hardware faults to keep systems running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, prepare test environments, and collaborate with technical teams across the globe, ensuring IT security and compliance. Full-time with English at least B2 and Windows/Linux proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Technical education (at least IT Technician degree) and student status.
• Practical and very good knowledge of hardware (computers, peripherals, components, parts) and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to operate Windows and Linux systems.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written - minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the operation and maintenance of computer labs.
• Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware.
