Seargin is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team and oversee the administration, maintenance, and improvement of our IT infrastructure. You will work across networking, Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, and cybersecurity to ensure security, stability, and continuity of IT services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or similar role.
• Strong networking: LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLAN.
• Windows Server administration and Linux day-to-day ops.
• Active Directory, Group Policy and permissions management.
• MS 365 administration including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint.
• Cybersecurity basics: MFA, firewalls, AV/EDR.
• Scripting to automate tasks (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible).

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and develop IT infrastructure.
• Manage LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and VPN connections.
• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365: Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune.
• Oversee AD, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.
• Monitor availability, performance, and security of systems.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and issues.
• Ensure business continuity of critical IT systems.
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripts.
• Participate in projects, migrations, and new IT solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
