Job summary

UPS is seeking an IT professional to provide deployment and support services for UPS approved technology products across facilities and client sites. The role includes hardware and software planning, network management, and training support to customers.

You will perform installations, assist with facility technology management, fulfill service requests, and coordinate with teams and vendors to ensure UPS IT standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• A+ Certification is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) is preferred.
• CCENT Cisco Network Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs Integrations and Installations
• Assists with Facility Technology Management
• Fulfills Service Requests
• Interfaces with Customers, Teams, and Associates
• Conducts TSG Technical Disaster Recovery Procedures
• Addresses Customer Requests
