Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks an IT Deployment and Support Specialist to provide deployment and support for UPS approved technology products across multiple sites. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to install, deploy, and upgrade software, hardware, and infrastructure.

The role includes network management, troubleshooting, and delivering training, with frequent site visits to UPS facilities, vendor sites, and customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate preferred.
• CCENT Cisco Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs Integrations and Installations.
• Assists with Facility Technology Management.
• Fulfills Service Requests.
• Interfaces with Customers, Teams, and Associates.
• Conducts TSG Technical Disaster Recovery Procedures.
• Addresses Customer Requests.
