Job summary

UPS, a Fortune Global 500 company, seeks an IT Deployment and Support professional based in Poland. You will deploy and support UPS-approved technology, collaborate with IT staff, and manage installations and upgrades across sites.

You will assist with facility technology management, respond to service requests, and provide training to customers. The role involves working at UPS facilities, vendor sites, and customer locations to ensure IT services meet UPS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate preferred.
• CCENT Cisco Network Certification preferred.
