Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced IT architect to analyze current IT architecture, design target-state systems, and document data flows across platforms.

You will collaborate with IT, data offices, and business stakeholders to translate needs into architectural solutions, ensure data quality, and support legacy modernization via outsourcing or cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT architecture, data modeling, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with IT systems in insurance/financial sector (policy management, claims).
• Hands-on experience with IT outsourcing and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of German regulatory frameworks (GDPR, DORA).
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English – both written and spoken.
